the selling experience has gone hell since Mercari changed it to 0 selling fee and high buyer fee last year and it’s still slow even Mercari rolled back to charge both sellers and buyers

The code applies to your account, then will be calculated at checkout with eligible items—so maybe it is already applied to your account and ready for checkout, that’s why it’s telling you it’s been used?
