Oregon Community Credit Union (OCCU) offers the Ducks credit card, to celebrate the Ducks heading to Pasadena they are offering a bonus of 50,000 points after $500 in spend within the first 90 days. In addition if the Ducks win on January 1st you’ll receive an additional 5,000 points. Points are worth 1¢ each. Card also has the following benefits:
- 0% APR for 12 months
- $0 annual fee
- Card earns at the following rates
- 4x on qualifying Duck merchants
- 1.25 on all other purchases
To be eligible to apply it looks like you need to become a member, to do so you need to live or work in one of 28 county’s in Oregon (full list here), can also join the OU Apumni association without having attended the school (hat tip to reader Matt) . Not sure how long this bonus will be offered considering the Rose Bowl is today and also not sure how strict their lending criteria is. If anybody applies, share your experiences below.
