how do you Apple Pay with this offer?
You need to checkout using the Safari browser on iOS (iPhone). I don’t know if there are any other browsers that will show the Apple Pay option, but it certainly does not work on Chrome (at least on the iPhone 8 that I have).
Upon entering the APPLEPAY15 promo code at checkout, it will automatically select the Apple Pay payment option for you, and disable all other methods of payment.
