Took three hours for approval. I got the classic jelly for $3.27 from Walmart in-store. The UPC on the product doesn't match what's on the receipt. The product has an 8 at the end. The receipt has two zero's in front and no 8 at the end. Someone must've input it incorrectly on Walmart's end. No surprise there. I saw other posts here about that and that they got rejected. I took a pic of the receipt and the UPC in the same pic. You have to have the pic already taken and then upload it.
Either a human does the approvals or they corrected the mistake people pointed out. No cash or credit gift card option. Just movie rental, movie ticket, and some restaurants. Gift card doesn't expire but you do have to claim it by a certain date. Had to screenshot the gift card number/pin/QR code page on my PC.
I've lurked for years. This is my first post. Hope this helps.

LOL. Got a rejection too because they could not verify that because they could not verify that it was from a participating retailer. TOC: “any retailer”
The product linked in the Verdict section does not qualify for the reward — I just got a rejection e-mail. The product UPC 67981089020 does not qualify.

Looks like the cheapest options are ~$7.50 on Amazon
The UPC in the images on the Walmart/Target website is 6798108902*8* not 67981089020.
67981089028 is on the list, so I don’t think it should have gotten rejected.
Nice catch — the number on my receipt is 067981089020, but I do see on the box itself that I did purchase 06798108902*8* — it does not match the receipt UPC. Perhaps an error on Walmart’s end.
I resubmitted to KY with the picture of the actual product showing it does not match. This should be a fun little tiff over $10 =)
