Interesting….two days ago I bought a Honey Baked Ham gift card for 21% discount from Raise. Today with the 7% offer it’s listed at a16% discount . They play with the numbers a bit it appears when they run this deal at least in my case.
I would not be surprised if they did.
They don’t play with the numbers. Raise is a marketplace. Discount is determined by the person selling the gift card. The fluctuation you’re seeing is just supply and demand.
