It’s gone up daily from 2% to 3% to 4% and now 5%. Personally I think this is just a smart way to ensure that customers that used the lower codes feel cheated . The sitewide deals are easier to take advantage. Remember to use a shopping portal for Raise purchases, just keep in mind the lifetime limits.
