Our Verdict
We’ve seen this $45 bonus once before. I always recommend using cashbackmonitor to compare rates to other portals to make sure you’re getting a good deal. Macy’s is currently 15% cash back on Rebatesme for new customers and 12% for existing. One thing I like about Rebatesme is that they  paid out on the Motley Fool promotion, where other portals did not. You also get increased cash back on your first order.
