Airbnb and Entrepeneurship by Tagging Miles. I like the idea of a ramping up period. Airbnb is an interesting one, it kind of sucks to live in an apartment building/complex with lots of short term rentals as people usually don’t behave the same as those in a long term rental. I absolutely think individual buildings should be able to decide if they allow short term rentals or not because of this.

BMO Harris is a pain to deal with when it comes to bank account bonuses, they’ll probably say that this communication isn’t from them (kind of like how they say that a page on their website isn’t theirs either).
