    Seriously? I’m a student with no income and I have 18 credit cards. Oh, and no student loans

    Regarding students with no income but do have student loans, you can count student loans only after accounting for mandatory fees (namely, tuition). Anything above and beyond that (say, books, housing [even if you live in a dorm and you pay the bill along with your tuition], food) can be counted as income.
