I’ve never seen http://www.demflyers.com/ discussed before. It seems as though the poster isn’t very active, and this is just a vent posting in relation to Privacy.com. I actually have linked my WF account with them, and never had trouble. I have received nothing but great customer service from them. I have contacted them on two separate occasions about some issues I had.
Given the dates, the email was received on the 18th and the post was made on the 20th. Possible that privacy gave a canned response, the blogger should follow up with them again before flaming them online.
I love Privacy and would hate for one blogger’s minimal attempts at a resolution stand in the way of others using this service.

I’m the blogger who wrote the post and am trying to see if anyone else has had an issue and if they’ve ever resolved it. I really want to use privacy.com, but from every similar case to mine (all two of them I could find on the internet), the company refuses to provide anything other than the same exact canned we-can’t-talk-to-you responses to further inquiries from people they’ve banned. Doesnt seem like great customer service to me. What if someone had previously tried to set up an account under my identity? Apparently that precludes me from ever having a legitimate account. I’ll never know.

I’ve been helped by two separate staff members promptly in the past. Never dealing with opening accounts though. There’s always variables on your end. Maybe you were overseas when you applied or were using a VPN.
Why not try signing up again. I’m sure you have more than one bank account and email address you can register with.
I love privacy. Best of luck with it. I’ve successfully filed a charge back with them and fixed declined charges from a a closed bank account I had on file.
