Looks like it ended up being a a pretty decent deal. When I first logged in to SYWR it didn’t show I had any point offers available. Then when I started clicking around the site some offers seemed to populate. $10 off $40+ ; or $20 off $50+. (I purchased a chain saw . – Not sure what all things the Freecash offers were good toward.)

Worx 14″ Chain saw on sale for $49.89 (Similar to the regular price at Lowes or HD)

+$0.95 Plastic Clamp (Filler) – No Shipping and wasn’t available near me. I selected in-store pickup at a location I will be driving by in a week or two.

– $20 instant Points (Freecash Expires 7/16 ? – Had in 2 Sears Accounts)
-$0.20 in points on my account.
+ 1.84 Tax
= $32.48 F

Plus I have a a $30 in points wife can use on some overpriced item at sears? (Get $10 or $15 i actual value possibly?)

SYW Points
30,306 Points earned on this order
20,200 Points redeemed on this order ”

Plus in checkout there was an advertisement that I would get $25 in points for paying with Masterpass. – If this actually posts this will be a pretty great deal! ***

***Note: Masterpass tried to steer me to logging in with Capital One. I found if I did that, I could only pay with my Capital One Card. – A card I don’t wish to use.
I clicked on “Change Wallet” which allowed me to sign up a new wallet using an Email or Phone NOT associated with any card. (When I entered my phone number, they said that was associated with my Citi, another card I don’t want to use. – Finally signed up using card I wanted. You CAN use Visa or Amex cards!)

WARNING: Sears is promoting a Coupon code “Sizzle” for 10% off. Using it will not let you use any Freecash offers you have on your account! Don’t use Coupon Codes!

The Masterpass points have not been posting automatically for anyone. If you contact SYW customer service, they will push it through if you paid $25+ on your card.

I just used this offer. If you have not used masterpass then you can use that also to get 30$. The masterpass offer is visible @ checkout page. you would need to sign to your online citi account.

Kmart is also running a $50 for $50 deal in store. Multiple payout windows on that one.

I switched my Sears MC to TYPs last year and will have earned almost 180K TYPs after Sept. The TYP offers keep coming and coming!

Screw Sears and SYW. I have reached the end of wasting time dealing with their issues. I could clearly see my $10 in FREECASH but regardless of what I added to my cart it never applied. I’ve also had trouble redeeming SYW points – it’s always something requiring either a store visit or a long time on hold dealing with clueless reps.

The next time I ever click on something Sears-related, it will be to read about their eventual bankruptcy and demise. Good riddance.

I’m seeing spend $125 and get $125 back in points. I’m probably not looking in the right place… anybody else have this happen? John 3:16
