I made a purchase yesterday at Last Call going through Shopathome and in my cashback summary I see the purchase, plus a $5 bonus for spending $150.
Nice little surprise there and Google search didn’t turn up this $5 offer either so I wasn’t sure if it’s still available or which stores are included.
Doing a search internally within the Shopathome website turned up the bonus in very vague terms.
I have no idea why they aren’t promoting this offer anywhere, but it appears that any $150 purchase through Shopathome will trigger the $5 bonus. I can’t guarantee that, and I also don’t know what the expiration date is. If anyone can find a direct link, let us know and we’ll add it.
The good news is that there are a whole bunch of gift card deals on eBay currently, and Shopathome has the highest cashback rate of 3%. (There is a little risk here, however, since they don’t accept missing cashback claims.) Toys R Us, Lowes, Gamestop, iTunes and many other popular options are on sale.
Also, note that in Frequentmiler’s signup links he has a Shopathome signup link that will net you $10 after making a $20 purchase if you are a new member. (He has it down as $5, but it’s currently showing a $10 offer.)
Also, all members will earn 50 Shopgold points, worth $.50 toward a gift card redemption, per transaction.
The Toys R Us deal is particularly useful since it can be resold at a profit.
If all works out, here’s what you’ll get for a Shopathome eBay purchase:
- $10 signup bonus if you’re new
- $5 for spending $150 (hopefully)
- 3% of purchase amount
- $.50 in Shopgold for each transaction
And that’s on top of the eBay Bucks and credit card points. Not bad.
