Southwest Schedule Extended Until April 13th, 2020

Southwest periodically make flights for further in the future available. You can now book flights through April 13th, 2020. On October 30th, 2019 the schedule will be extended again until June 6th, 2020.

Southwest has a pretty good cancellation/refunds policy, depending on the fare you’ve booked you’ll either receive a credit towards a future flight(Wanna Get Away) or cash refund (Business Select or Anytime – returned to credit card if you used one). That means it’s often best to book flights as soon as they become available and periodically check to see if the price has decreased, if it has you can click ‘change flight’.

Grammar police: “farther” in the future as the word relates to distance or time.

some of the ticket prices are high because SW takes into account companion pass holders. sometimes they bring the prices down later but March spring break tickets are high demand so I’m not sure they will

That’s interesting to hear. What indications have you seen with regards to the impacts from those of us with the pass? More speculative bookings?
