The Offer
- Starbucks has launched a new promotion called ‘Starland’. Users receive two free plays per day. This is an augmented reality game where you use your camera to select a star. Every star will either be an entry into the grand prize or an instant win prize
The Fine Print
Our Verdict
Might be able to get some freebies from this. I personally don’t like Starbucks so won’t bother with this promotion but I know some readers love it.
does the stars collected this way qualify me for the gold status? How do I check my status once I log onto my account online?
Won a free drink. Got excited at first, but realized that I won’t be able to redeem it by the expiration date because of the coronavirus. Unfortunate, but I’m gonna contact customer service to see if they are willing to exchange my reward to the star equivalent.
Dang, a lot of people posting winning prizes, I have won 37 raffle tickets each on 2 accounts with no prizes.
same, except with only one account, only raffle tickets
What time of day do you normally play? Not sure if it really matters, but I seem to get better results when I play around 7am or earlier compared to later in the morning.
510 stars, 16 raffle tickets
998 stars
i am at 525 stars
This is kind of fun. I’m at 350 stars, a free bakery item and a bunch of raffle tickets. Do the stars expire at some point?
If you log into your account on https://app.starbucks.com/rewards, you can check your rewards status to see when they expire
No complaints at all from me about Starbucks. I won a $100 gift card this past year and receiving it was quick and flawless. The prizes are administered by Hello World which handles lots of these types of promotions. They are pros in the promotion business whenever sweepstakes or contests are involved.
I’ve been playing with my 2 free plays every day and am up to 420 stars, two free pastries, and 14 raffle tickets.
Been entering twice a day since the start and have earned enough stars for a free drink. Not bad for ~2 min a day.
