Our Verdict
I think the best thing to buy is holiday mega pack. You get:
- $100 each of “Your Favorite Stock” and “Your Favorite Index ETF”
- A Rookie’s Guide to Investing in the Stock Market
So basically $100 in stock and $100 ETF. Normal price is $221.95, discount to $215.29 but when you add the promo code it brings it to 193.77. A $25 ‘choose your own stock’ would cost $25.61. Shipping is free if you buy two or more. of the holiday packs I couldn’t find stockpile on any shopping portals, not sure how it codes on credit cards either (Services – SECURITY BROKERS/DEALERS on Mastercard). Looks like Amazon Pay is an option and that should earn 5% on Discover as well. There is also a$0.99 fee for selling shares. There might be some better deals as well, so share what you find. Probably not worth it unless you want to buy a lot.
