Swagbucks are worth at least one cent per point, and you’ll net $7 on this deal, plus 2 free books. It’s especially worthwhile for someone who is interested in trying out Highlights or someone with kids who will enjoy the books. Might not be worth the hassle otherwise.
Remember to set yourself a reminder to evaluate if you should cancel the subscription before the next one ships. Shipments are “about every three weeks”. You’ll have to call in to cancel; Customer Service number is 1-888-372-6433. Seems like it’s possible to cancel online as well.
Update: I was able to cancel online too. Also, readers note that they charge you for the second subscription in just like 11 days from the first, so cancel fast.
Points posted instantly for me. Just bear in mind that with other Swagbucks deals, some people have had problems either with the portal tracking or with Swagbucks deactivating their account for reasons which aren’t clear, so keep the risks in mind.
