Swagbucks: Sign Up To Factor & Get 6,000 Swagbucks ($25 Money Maker & Free Food)

The Offer

No direct link to offer, search for ‘Factor’

  • Swagbucks is offering 6,000 Swagbucks (worth $65) when you sign up to Factor and spend $35. Must use promo code Save50Factor

The Fine Print

  • Must use code Save50Factor to earn SB.
  • Please allow up to 45 days after subscribing to Factor for SB to be credited to your account.
  • This offer is only available to new Factor customers.
  • Must enter valid sign-up information, including credit card information to earn SB. Offer may only be redeemed once (1) per user.

Our Verdict

The best plan to select is 4 meals per week at $15 per meal, when you use the Save50Factor code you end up paying $35 after the fees. This means you can make $25 and get four meals for free. Some readers have issues with tracking with Swagbucks, but I haven’t run into the same problems (make sure you’re not using any adblocker or VPN) so up to you if it’s worth that risk or not. If you’re new to Swagbucks, please read our review. You can also get a bonus of up to $13 by using a referral link.

Wrong info in the post – “4 meals per week at $15 per week”

It’s $15 per meal, not per week.

Pro tip: Before cancelling, take a screenshot of your account and orders. I signed up for a similar deal, cancelled and waited for the credit. Reached out to SB for credit after deadline, they asked for proof from service (HelloFresh?), but I could not see my account without signing up again 😉

San

Babelus You couldn’t able to use the email received for order confirmation as proof ?

I tried their meals last month and they were pretty good. The shipment arrived 3 days late and they gave me the $60 credit make the next delivery free.

Sam F.

Shipped three days late, or arrived after shipping three days late? How was the food packed was it still good?

Careful with swagbucks. They deactivated my account with no warning for “violating the terms of an offer.” I had only participated in a handful of offers, all of which I followed the terms on. Had about $100 on there. I would NOT recommend swagbucks for any of these money makers.

After emailing them, they insisted on closing the account and again refused to tell me what term I violated.

My account was deactivated at some point in the last couple weeks. I used the Vuse offer and one shopping portal to earn the $10 bonus. I just now submitted a ticket, we’ll see what happens but probably nothing good. At least I cashed out some of the SB for a $25 GC before this. Never used SB prior so I’m not sure what reason they’ll make up for the deactivation other than not wanting more SB redeemed.

This happened to me a year ago, I filed a ticket they responded a couple weeks later then I responded then after a month they reactivated it. Done about 30 deals since with no issues.

If you’re interested in doing this offer (and maybe already recently done the Lifelock one), you should check this out:
https://www.doctorofcredit.com/ymmv-swagbucks-complete-4-select-moneymaking-offers-and-get-25-additional-bonus/

Also, my DP: signed up through the link ^^ , and roughly a day later the 6000 SB showed up as pending in the “Shop Activity” tab… 🙂

Sounds like a good deal, let me know if this works for anyone. I know this process can be finicky and it’s not exactly clear cut directions on what to buy to get credited

Do we need to maintain the subscription? seems to be weekly

Brian G
Brian G

Is it a “weekly” subscription that’s billed monthly?

I went ahead and signed up. The SB have not tracked yet, but I’ll give it a couple of days before escalating. From reading the terms it looks like you have to let the first order go through, then you can cancel/pause after that. Factor also has an option to switch your account to manual orders only (so nothing will be ordered automatically), but it’s probably unwise to do that before the SB has tracked:

Update: I received the email that the SB tracked about 8 hours after I placed my order.

Pat

Did this yesterday and just received the email confirming it tracked.

Signed up yesterday, no points pending yet

Took 28 hours to get the Swagbucks points pending email so a little patience is needed with this one.

any household limit? Did with 1, tracked, and now considering doing the other person

edit: looks to only be 3900 points now

teebee
teebee

Yeah, also offer reads “save 50%” but really it’s just $25 no matter what you order.

Dominique
Dominique

No household limit on this one, each person in my household was able to complete the deal when it was 6000 Swagbucks.

Jason
Jason

I completed the offer but it’s not tracking yet. I attempted to escalate but the form won’t allow unless it’s been over 30 days. Should I be concerned or is there another way to report this?

ilikelogic

Dang, down to 3,900 SB for me.

Are there actually people who pay $60 a week for this? Even at half the price it’s not worth it. I got my package and tried their ground beef and rice. It was barely anything and it didn’t have the onions and carrots and overall looks like trash compared to their picture. The taste was also just average. I wonder why they targeted the swagbucks audience for this. I don’t think that people who use sb would be ones to continue their subscription. But I got my sb pending so it’s all good

My shipment came today. I ordered the salmon, garlic chicken, and two of the Cajun shrimp. I was surprised the shipment was not frozen. Based on the “keep refrigerated” package instructions, I assume it was not meant to be frozen.

Had one of the shrimp tonight. Six good sized shrimp with a fairly spicy sauce on the side. Could use more rice and more veggies. Like others said, I’d never pay $15 per meal, but for free, not bad.

Anyone’s SB post yet?

Lukas

When you go to Shop Activity, it will show when it will post. Mine shows 3 days.

Sam F.
Sam F.

My earnings activity shows nothing. But I did get a “Congratulations! You’re getting cash back from Swagbucks on your recent purchase.” email shortly after my purchase.

Celia
Celia

It should be under shop activity, not regular activity.

Sam F.
Sam F.

Thanks! Why “all activity” is different than “shop activity”,” I don’t know?

Jason
Jason

Mine showed up on the 8th in Activity, supposed to post in 11 days. Had the brisket, which was quite good and some other pasta thing that was good but was more like glorified airplane food (business class). It is too much trouble to deal with delivery (mine arrived a day early), and the packaging filled up half my recycling bin. I’m trying to at least reuse one of the frozen gel pack in a cooler at some point. Too expensive and too bad for the environment.

Nothing posted yet. I just went with 4 pumpkin pancakes to keep it simple.

Man they just clawed back my points today

Tom
Tom

Same here. I kept the subscription for over 30 days. There was nothing in the terms about having to keep it for a longer period of time. This sucks.

Tom
Tom

They put back the points after I filed a ticket.

they clawed back mine also

Clawed back as well. Kept subscription for two months. Can’t submit SB claim because factor doesn’t show in the drop down list of store names. Never again swag bucks!

I was able to submit claim and they rejected it quickly.

Wow, that’s lame and a hyge warning sign on SB.

Ben

I emailed factor75 requesting the points be added back. They replied that they are looking into it. You all may want to do the same.

Jason
Jason

Also clawed back, anybody having any luck with a SB ticket to get the points reinstated? Probably done with SB at this point, if not.

Jason
Jason

I did a live chat with Factor75 and they said:
“My supervisor has let me know that you will need to contact Swagbucks to further address this. You successfully received the promotion on our end therefore anything regarding your credit with their company you will need to contact them.”

Jason
Jason

SB reversed the clawback after I submitted a ticket (took just a couple of hours). The ticket said, in part:

“We were alerted of the reversal a few days ago and have been working with Factor 75 to resolve this on their end. At this time, the decision has been made to honor the credit back to your account today.”

Traylor
Traylor

Clawback for me as well as P2. Sent a ticket to SB and hopefully, it gets resolved soon. Man, they are hard to deal with. You pretty much shouldn’t stockpile SB as they’ll just remove them.

YG
YG

Another clawback here (just noticed it) – just emailed support and hoping for a good outcome.

Tiffany Hart

they clawed mine back as well. how are you guys submitting a ticket with SB when it is not an option in the Store dropdown list?

Josh
Josh

I submitted thru https://help.swagbucks.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=47240.

I also just submitted a claim, hopefully works out

I swear if I have to file another BBB complaint I’m going to file a lawsuit for emotional distress.

They revoked my SB. Have filed a ticket.

Mike

Anyone have any advice for recovering these clawed back SB? I’ve submitted three tickets and had no luck even though I followed the process to a T. Any escalation options? I saw someone mention a BBB complaint earlier. Starting to have second thoughts about jumping on SB offers…

Joe
Joe

I was not getting anywhere with support either, so I submitted a BBB complaint against Prodege. Got the email today that they had reviewed the complaint and sent it to the company, and the same day the SB reappeared in my account. Guess it works.

I just got my 6000sb credited back after 3 weeks of try. Send everything they ask for and keep pushing for it!

RM

Alex How long did you keep your subscription before cancelling? I am trying to get a sense for what is triggering the clawbacks.
