The terms (which can be seen in: top-left menu, PROMOTIONS, scroll down half way) say “Gift cards can only be sent to U.S. mobile numbers (not available for e-mail addresses, VOIP, Google phone, or international mobile number delivery).”
That’s annoying. I guess the recipient would need to use the Swych app to access the gift card.
Yes, gift cards can only be sent to people with (or willing/able to install) the Swych app.
However, it’s also possible to purchase gift cards for yourself using the BUY option instead of the SEND option.
However, this promo is apparently only for the SEND option, which should be noted in the post since many promo codes can also be used with the BUY option.
Seems to ONLY be working for $50 gcs for me – anything larger and it says not valid for this amount
