We’ve known that Synchrony Bank will issue a new Cathay Pacific co-braned credit card in early 2017 for some time now. Cathay Pacific have just sent the below e-mail out to Asia Miles members (via /r/churning). Image clearly displays a wallet with a Cathay Pacific credit card.
I have pretty low expectations for this card as Synchrony aren’t known for their sign up bonuses. Previously we were also given the following information:
- Cathay Pacific Airways Visa® credit card will offer rewards and exclusive benefits for U.S. travelers
- Qualifying cardholders will also have access to special travel packages, multi-destination fares, purchases and services
I’m not sure if the images below have any reference to bonus categories (5x miles on restaurants would be great, thanks) but I guess we will find out soon enough.
