Anyone have experience with Bouqs? I’m all about saving money, but flowers that arrive in a shipping box from a carrier and may or may not need assembly don’t make the same impression as flowers hand delivered by the local florist. Does Bouqs contract out their orders to local florists to build the arrangements and delivery them?
