How do you get targeted for the selling part of the promos? I see a good amount but I never get targeted for selling promos.
I have multiple ebay accounts (usually one main and couple alts)
I find if you haven’t sold anything on an account for a while you get something like reduced fees. but if you are maxing your 50 free listings you get a lot of free listings.
