The Offer

American Express is targeting some people with spend offers. These offers are being found within the Amex Offer section. Here are a few examples:

• Get a $40 statement credit by using your enrolled Card to spend a minimum of $1,000+ in one or more eligible transactions. Must enroll by 11/21/2019 and spend by 12/5/2019. Limit of 3 statement credits.
• Get a $10 statement credit by using your enrolled Card to spend a minimum of $500+ in one or more eligible transactions. Must enroll by 11/21/2019 and spend by 12/5/2019. Limit of 3 statement credits.
• Get 1,000 bonus Membership Rewards points by using your enrolled Card to spend a minimum of $1,000+ in one or more eligible transactions. Must enroll by 11/21/2019 and spend by 12/5/2019. Limit of 3 statement credits.

Our Verdict

There appear to be various offers going being sent out. I haven’t yet found any on mine, not sure how highly targeted these are.
