- No cap on the amount of points you can earn
Our Verdict
These points can be redeemed for Gap gift cards (or similar at the other stores) and one point = one penny in gift cards. Gap gift cards can be resold for 72% of face value, basically meaning you can currently get 7.2% cash back on all gas, grocery & dining purchases. That’s incredible value, especially with no cap.
These credit cards are issued by Synchrony, but unfortunately the shopping cart trick doesn’t work for them so a hard pull will be done on your credit report if you apply. There have been similar deals in the past, but you might have to wait awhile for another one with no cap to come along and even then you might not be targeted so up to you if it’s worth applying or not.
