Will BBVA send a check for the -$50 balance? I sent a secure message last week but no response so far.

I got the snail mail offer for May but no instructions for enrollment. Is it automatic enrollment for the May offer?

Let me know if you received a credit.

I got the offer for April, activated offer and spent about $494. I check points and also the new statement but did not see credit.

Does anyone have info where this 10% credit is credited?

It’s statement credit instead of points.

Is this retroactive? I just signed up today 4/29 so does all previous spend count?

Do you earn the 10% as each transaction is processed? Or do you get a true-up bonus at the end of the month for the 9%? I activated this promo but only am getting 1%.

Calling BBVA takes well over 40 minutes to reach a real person. I need to know before I move spend to P2 and he gets pissed for making me call them again!

Just for a DP, the 5x/4x grocery bonuses posted earlier than they said.

The last three months were an easy $50, $30, and now $50 again. If they keep this up I might actually consider paying the annual fee.
