Chase is offering select customers a bonus when booking travel via Chase Travel:

Our Verdict
Getting 20,000 Ultimate Rewards points for booking a $500 stay can be an excellent deal. The 10,000/$400 offer is nice as well. A lot of people are having success inputting their card info on the above pages and finding their Chase cards targeted for one of these offers.
Others got $500/$100 offer instead of $400/10k offer; the details on that version on a bit different. Seems that offer is showing up in Chase Offers, and is showing for some even on the same cards that have the 20,000 points offer. Readers are wondering whether it’s possible to stack both offers and get $100 back and 20,000 points.

Darn just noticed… hope others got/get their bonuses! Perhaps mark this expired now?

Data point: success in earning the 20k bonus, but interesting in the background. I originally enrolled in my personal Freedom card. Later I enrolled on my Business Ink plus. Fast forward to purchase and I used my Ink Plus. I kept looking for the bonus to hit my Ink Plus and couldn’t see it. Later on I looked in Freedom and the bonus points posted to this account. I then combined points as usual to my Ink Plus points balance.
It took nearly 3 weeks of SM and a couple calls, but they did a manual credit for 20,000 UR on my stay on 1/2/25. I had screenshots saved of the booked room and offer showing the last 4 of the card was enrolled. I was transferred many times and in the end nobody actually responded before the credits were issued.
I called in 2 weeks ago because my points didn’t post. They manually credited it and I got an email saying I’ll be issued a tax form for it. I got an additional 20,000 pending a few days ago. I guess their systems finally caught up so if they don’t claw back I get 40,000 points – taxes on the manual credit.
i also got the manual credit email (checked it was already applied to my account), but even though it does mention “Some, or all, of the amounts(s) discussed above may be reportable to the IRS” the original offer doesn’t say anything about taxes, so hopefully neither the manual or your pending one are taxable. either way it’s already 2025 so i guess we won’t see that 1099-misc until 2026 tax season 😂
Points seem to be pending now (took 9 weeks), SM confirmed they’ll post with the next statement
Was it the 10,000 or 20,000 deal? I’m at 9 weeks with nothing pending on my 20,000 and SM stated they would transfer me to someone then stopped responding…
My 20,000 pts are now pending as well automatically. A little under 8 weeks after my stay.

I sent a SM and they had to transfer it, so may take a few days. will report back for sure
I have now hit the 8 week + 1 with no sign of the credit. Did the SM do anything? I have a screenshot clearly showing the card and name are enrolled if they are requesting proof.
still waiting for a reply, the rep quoted 5 biz days when i contacted so i will nudge them again tmr
I reminded them yesterday and they sent another message that they forwarded it… this is kinda ridiculous

they finally responded and said that I was credited for 10k points in the form of $100, which is completely missing the point since that was for a separate Chase offer (which btw had no mention of points, just statement credit)
i’ve replied again with more details on the offer 🤦🏻♀️ this is just ridiculous…
on a weird note i’ve been getting reminders of the offer on the main landing page as one of the messages (appears when you click the little flag icon in between search and profile) and also as a card in my chase travel portal, so i’m betting it didn’t track properly…
So, time for a CFPB complaint? I haven’t seen a single positive DP yet so I don’t think that it just didn’t track for you. Definitely something more going on

final update on 12/27 (~11 weeks after hotel stay was complete):
– called the travel center per a reddit post at 1-855-234-2538
– travel rep couldn’t help me since it was technically related to the card and rewards and not a booking
– transferred me to card services
– card services rep seemed to know exactly what i was talking about, put me on hold for 2-3 min, then confirmed the points will show up on my next statement
hopefully this is the conclusion of the whole ordeal! not sure if the original sm did push the process along, but for anyone else i recommend calling card services (or the ultimate rewards department maybe?). i’m not sure what the number was since i got transferred
