Our Verdict
Kroger is currently running 4x fuel points. The offers stack in that you can get both offers but the 200 points don’t get 4x. I assume this will also stack with the upcoming discounted Lowe’s cards as well. Offers are in store only and that deal is online.

That said, Safeway VGC $10 OFF deal is better. QFC $3 OFF + 6x fuel point gives 30 fuel rewards for $500 GC doesn’t worth even $3
From the fine print on most of these 200 point coupons: “Valid on in-store purchases only.” (so likely will not stack with the upcoming Kroger on-line deal for Lowe’s cards)
