Our Verdict
Despite the targeted language you get the confirmation e-mail even if you weren’t targeted. It’s entirely possible/likely that you won’t get the credit if you’re not targeted. I personally wouldn’t make any bookings assuming you’ll get the points/double credits, but you might as well register if you have an upcoming stay and maybe you’ll get lucky. In the event you do get lucky they might limit you to one or the other, so it might make sense to only register for the promotion you care about most.

I registered for a similar promotion last year and although I was not targeted I was able to register (and get confirmation email) using the promotion link. However, after completing my stay I was not awarded any bonus points and upon checking I was informed that the offer was targeted and even though I registered for the offer it was not through a unique url that was sent in emails if you are targeted. In short, I did not received any bonus points.
I was able to register, for both.
The terms said you have to receive a private email. Not sure how true it is.
