The Fine Print
- Only existing, selected users are eligible.
- This offer is valid between Friday, February 22, 2019 at 12:01a.m. (midnight) EDT and ends Friday, March 1, 2019 at 11:59 p.m. EDT (the “Promotional Period”).
- Your order must be placed and completed entirely online at an eligible ShopRunner partner (no phone orders, no mobile apps, no in-store pickup). Order must be placed using ShopRunner 2-day shipping as your shipping method.
- Qualifying purchases that are canceled or returned prior to issuance of the cash back will void this offer.
- There is a limit to one transaction per account for this promotion.
- If your purchase meets the above criteria, you will receive an email letting you know that your cash back is being sent to you via PayPal.
- Payments are made by ShopRunner and not by the retailer.
- ShopRunner will transfer the cash back into the PayPal account of the qualifying ShopRunner member within 6-8 weeks after the conclusion of the
- Promotional Period but may delay issuance in its discretion in order to investigate any suspected fraud or violation of the terms of this offer.
- If the member does not have a PayPal account, they will be asked to create one to claim the cash back.
- If the cash back goes unclaimed after 30 days, ShopRunner will reclaim the cash back.

Our Verdict
Most people will have a free shoprunner account and if you don’t, it’s easy to get one. I wonder if this is further testing of the rewards program they were initially trialing? They previously offered $10 back as well.
Surprised there’s not more discussion of what the cheapest thing to buy with ShopRunner. I don’t see any restrictions, so isn’t this a MM if there’s a cheap enough item?

Paid $10 or $20 for one year on Groupon… like 6 years ago. Never had to pay again.
