I successfully applied it to my account but it looks like they took it away. No longer showing up in my account.
I was visiting TX, successfully added it, but it was not taken off my ride today. Expired anyway.

Interesting DP – my son lives in California and it successfully ‘added’ to his Uber account. Whether it works when he heads to the airport tomorrow – TBD.
Usually you can add it anywhere, but it will only work on rides within Texas.
