Our Verdict
MyChoice Premium typically comes with a $40 cost per year.
Still working. I used it to renew my 1-month free subscription that was going to expire in a week from now. Just click renew.
I had this feature and automatic upgrade from SurePost to Ground. At least 5 packages were lost / stuck in limbo while I had the service and I eventually cancelled it. I learned during that time UPS is much worse than Comcast in customer service.
Lets wait it out lol.
I bought mychoice and then within two weeks asked for a refund. I was told I could select a window of time for my deliveries. I found out later that it didn’t matter to the driver what time I selected. If my package was slotted to be delivered within that time frame then it would be and I would then have believed they had held up there end of the bargain. If it wasn’t slotted for that time, well, nobody cared about what time slot I had requested. I found this out after multiple calls to their CS. For me, what a joke!
Interesting. I frequently get wine shipped via UPS and it requires an adult signature. It’s always Murphy’s Law – if I purposely stay home they won’t deliver until the end of the day. I though this would solve my problem – NOT! Thanks for saving me $15.
Wow that sucks. I’m eyeing for this service for wine delivery!
This “product” is the ultimate scam. The services should cost ZERO to customers. Not a dime. UPS is a greedy crop that doesn’t understand there is a ton of competition and ground service is so slow
Is there any real benefit to this other than redirecting deliveries? The free Mychoice has many of these choices and Premium just doesn’t seem to be worth the squeeze, cheap or free.
UPS SurePost packages get free upgrades to ground. So it saves you a day on those packages.
The only premier service I’ve used is upgrades from SurePost to Ground for free. It might save you a day or two but it’s not really a big deal most of the time.
Nice! I’ll be using this more because of the virus!
