Virgin Atlantic Miles Now Called Points, No Longer Expire

Virgin Atlantic has announced that Virgin Atlantic Miles will now be called Virgin Points, this change is due to the fact that these points will become a common currency across all of Virgin’s businesses. In addition these points will no longer expire.

Thanks for the info! It didn’t happen for me & some others this month. Amex says they identified a technical issue yesterday & will take up to 2 weeks to resolve it with Delta

Miles used to be appropriate as you would earn 1 award mile for each mile flown but that’s not the case anymore.
