The Offer
- Walmart Neighborhood Market are offering the Google Chrome 3rd gen for only $9. Regular price is $35.
The Fine Print
- This is at Walmart Neighborhood Market stores only and not at super centers
Our Verdict
You can use brick seek to find inventory levels, usually not that accurate. I wouldn’t call in to ask for stock levels as often it means associates will just buy them themselves.
Wasn’t able to replicate this in Bellevue, WA. Inquired at the Customer Service desk (only available there; wasn’t anywhere else in the store) for the price of Chromecast and they checked the system and gave me $35. This was a Neighborhood Market location.
Is brickseek showing the right price? All of mine show full price…
In my experience, brickseek was showing prices more accurately than the Walmart app…
Brick said 2 in stock associate said they were sold out a couple stores 45 minutes away has 10 according to the link but think I’m too late on this one
How do we know this? Could it be just an online order that was returned to a neighborhood market and discounted? I have been to one in my area and saw none. Going to another tomorrow.
Reader purchased multiple in different stores, so definitely not a return.
William Charles Chromecast? Not chrome 😛
Fixed, thanks
I was like – I can get Google Chrome for free online!
