Wyndham has announced that properties will be changing categories (called tiers in the Wyndham ecosystem) on April 15, 2026. No list is provided but if you book now and a property increases in price you’ll keep the current pricing and if it decreases in price they will provide a refund for the lower rate.
Wyndham is stating the following % changes:

~88% of hotels will remain in their current tier.

~8% of hotels will move to a lower tier.

~4% of hotels will move to a higher tier.
% changes aren’t that useful to know as the properties decreasing in price could be properties members aren’t booking at all and the properties increasing could be properties that are attractive award redemptions. I think the last Wyndham change was in 2024. There was a vacation club devaluation in 2025.
I do appreciate that Wyndham gives advanced notice and still uses tiers that are easy to understand.
