Our Verdict

We just saw a similar deal on the SPG cards. Just a reminder to keep in mind three important things:

  • No fee to add an additional cardholder
  • These authorized user accounts do count towards the Chase 5/24 rule
  • SSN is required

exactly, Dima…. No way, no how.

then again, there will be many who will add family minors and elderly …. those for who the 5/24 killer rule would be of no imminent consequence.
