I tried multiple accounts and the promo is for 500 additional points.
How do you know if you are targeted?
It showed up for me in my app once I reached checkout. It was not specifically included on my Offers tab in the app.

I was told, that particular promotion is valid for 500 bonus points which will apply once you place an order (more than $15) using the code. YMMV. Congrats if you got $15 off.

Thanks for clarification… it told me I had ‘already used it’ when I entered it and didn’t show up anywhere that I could tell, which was pretty anticlimactic. Sorry!
