Our Verdict

I’m hopeful that we get some sort of Chase or AmEx offer for YouTube TV that makes this a better deal. Otherwise really only interesting for people that actually want YouTube TV.

YTTY was great when it cost $40, okay when it cost $50, but at $65 it is a worse price than my cable promo. I appreciate DoC staying on top of deals, but it feels like the Golden Age of Cord Cutting is over.

Ya, it only makes sense when you can share it with 5 other people, making it $10.83/month per user. But even then, it costs extra for premium add-ons like NFL Redzone (which is a must for me due to my fantasy football addiction).

And now they’re losing FSN again, feels like any other cable/dish company. We didn’t ask for 85+ channels…that’s why we cut the cord.

Like said below, the only reason I still have it is I share with 5 others. We rarely run into screen limitations since you can log into individual apps and they don’t count towards 3 screen limit.
