Our Verdict
Zappos gift cards can be sold for 80.5% of their face value to Saveya.com (including e gift cards). Let’s look at a break down of your profit if you go this route:
- Purchase $200 gift card (-$200)
- Receive $40 statement credit (+$40)
- Resell for 80.5% of face value (+$161)
You’re only making $1 profit, but keep in mind you’ll also earn whatever credit card points you normally would as well. There is some risk that the price being paid for Zappos gift cards will decrease, but there are quite a few buyers at 80% (although none of these accept e gift cards). This deal probably makes sense for those trying to hit minimum spend requirements.

Any success using any portal?
Thanks
None that I know of.
Just making sure, but buying if I were to buy a gift card it should be a physical gift card to cover all bases?
Physical should be ok, I had success last December with similar offer.
what would happen if i returned the item? would i still get the $40?
eGift Cards are tied to an email and cannot be resold. SaveYa requires a 16 digit code. I bought an eGC to actually use, but tried selling for kicks SaveYa wouldn’t accept. Post coming…
This is true. I learned this the hard way last time around. That said, you can buy physical gift cards since they aren’t tied to anything.
Doesn’t SaveYa accept zappos egift cards? GiftcardWiki says that Saveya accepts codes.
See my latest post – SaveYa will accept the codes from physical cards without requiring you to send the card in, however the e-gift cards are tied directly to an email and are non-transferable.
