Our Verdict
This works out to be a 20% discount if you spend exactly $300, but it gets better because you should be able to stack it with either of these general hotel offers if you have them in your American Express dashboard (no Twitter hashtag unfortunately).
- Spend $250 or more with a registered Amex card and receive a $50 statement credit.
- Spend $100 or more with a registered Amex card and receive a $25 statement credit.
The best discount you’d be able to get would be $110 statement credit on $300 or a discount of ~37%. At the moment the only real Hilton promotion for paid stays is double points which is kind of lame (let me know if I missed any others). Although if you have any upcoming paid stays or travel plans then this could be worth chasing.
