Uber is promoting their business accounts with an offer of up to $50 in free rides.
- Open an Uber business account
- Enroll your American Express OPEN business credit card as the payment method on the account
- Enroll two employees in the account as well
- You or your employees take two Uber rides before September 30, 2105, with the Amex business card as the payment method for the rides
- Receive a rebate of  up to $50 for the cost of the rides
The Fine Print
- Valid 7/15/15-9/30/15
- Rebate will not exceed the cost of the two rides
- Rebate will be provided as a refund onto the card that was charged
- Rebate will reflect within 4 weeks from 9/30/15
Our Verdict
Not sure how we missed this offer for so long as it’s been around for a couple weeks already. If you have a business with two employees, this can be an easy way to get $50 in free Uber rides. Be sure it’s people you trust, however, as they’ll probably be able to use the Uber business account in the future with the charge going on your credit card.

I’m interested, but I only have 1 “employee”, my wife. Couldn’t I just list another employee (like another family member) who will never ride Uber, then take the 2 rides myself?
Technically, it has to be an employee. M/b if a family member can feasibly do an errand for the business, you can add them even if you don’t have such an errand in mind right now and even if you wouldn’t be paying them for the errand.
