- Evil Barclaycard goons threaten me with legal action for writing about them! by PFdigest. Barclaycard has sent me similar automated requests in the past, I don’t really have an issue with them wanting me to use Barclaycard instead of Barclays but their system also throws up a whole lot of false positives and has banned words that can’t be used in conjuction with Barclaycard (e.g pre-approved). I also think asking nicely before sending automated legal threats is a better way of dealing with bloggers.
