The Offer
- Enter your SPG number and receive an exclusive member promotion. Everybody has an individual deal (although some people get no deal at all), but here are some of the deals other people have been offered:
- 2nd, 3rd and 4th night all receive one free night at any category 1-5 property
- Stay two nights at any SPG property and receive two free nights at any category 1-5 property
- Complete two stays and receive one free night at any category 1-5 property
- Second, third and fourth stays all earn 2,500 bonus points each
- 7,000 bonus points for every 7 stays (maximum of 21,000 bonus points)
- 6,000 bonus points for every 6 days (maximum of 18,000 bonus points)
- 1,500 bonus points for first stay and 2,500 bonus points for second stay
- SPG gold for two stays at any of their properties
- Earn double elite qualifying credits
The Fine Print
- Every promo is different so read the fine print of your offer, although I think all offers require the completed stays by June 30th
Our Verdict
Of the offers I’ve seen, only the two free nights for two paid stays really entices me. Feel free to share what offer you received in the comments and whether you plan on completing it or not.

Do you actually have to show up at a SPG hotel to get credit for a stay? Or will paying for the room be enough to get credit?
DoC, I got the 1500 + 2500 after 2 stays. Registered 2 days ago, and when I logged on yesterday I actually saw that I was credited 1,500 points for a previous stay from late March. Only 1,500 points, but interesting that it actually applied toward a past stay.
That’s awesome it did, I wonder when they will credit from?
The T&C state that the promotion is for stays between March 1st and May 31st.

Here’s how to do it: Book and you’ll earn 1,500 bonus Starpoints on your first stay, 2,500 on your second stay and 3,500 on your third stay — up to a maximum of 7,500 Starpoints.
Will have to figure if it’s actually worth switching things up for. Don’t have any Starwood stays planned right now. While a decent offer, not sure it’s worth the added hassle.
