Citi has sent out an e-mail to some business customers asking them how interested they would be in a premium business card. It would have an annual fee of $600+ and have $2,000+ in ‘features and benefits’ such as:

Accelerated earning of points/miles on travel purchases

Valuable statement credits for everyday and business purchases

Faster or automatic status for airlines, car rental or hotel loyalty programs

Airport lounge access

Elevated travel experience

Global Entry or TSA Pre-Check

Business and expense management features
Sometimes nothing comes from these surveys but it is usually an indication they are at least considering something. Suspect this would either be a Citi branded card or an American Airlines branded business card (higher tier than the Citi® / AAdvantage Business™ World Elite Mastercard® card.
