- If you don’t already have a Topcashback account use this link and you can also earn $10 cash back which becomes payable when you’ve earned $10 or more on the site (full disclosure, I’ll also receive $10. Thank you if you do decide to use my link).
The Fine Print
- Only purchases made on the US site are eligible.
Our Verdict
Fiverr is basically an online marketplace, where everything costs $5 (actually now a lot of stuff costs more than this as you need to purchase multiple $5 gigs) and comes with a fee of $0.50. You can get a whole heap of random stuff done, for example voice over work or somebody creating a short video for you. If you haven’t used Fiverr before, this is a great way to try out the site and earn $8.5 for doing so.
Unfortunately I’ve already used Fiverr before (and have mostly good experiences with the site) so I can’t take part in this offer, otherwise I definitely would. If you don’t already have a Topcashback account, please consider using my link as I’ll also earn $10 cash back. You can read our full review of the site here.
Mine never posted for fiverr. Topcashback wanted to give me half when I’m entitled to entire amt. Fiverr CS responds to issues w/ payments but not missing cashback. Bad fiverr.
After waiting a month I Had to file a claim. Despite going direct through top cashback to get to fiverr I had no notice of cash back pending. Did anyone else run into this? I normally don’t have too many issues with TCB. I’ll keep you guys in the loop although the disclaimer says claims could take months.
TCB took about a week and I received notice that the $14 CB credit (pending) has posted to my account. Not sure how or why it’s was missed but definitely make sure it’s on there for those who took advantage of the deal.
Did anyone else get charged a foreign transaction fee on this? It was only $.16 but I hate having to pay fees.
I clicked through your referral link to earn myself the extra $10 as you stated, but it appears that offer for the referee has expired. I was disappointed to learn this after making the purchase.
This offer worked for me, and the $14 posted as payable already (within 24 hours). I clicked through the Topcashback link, signed up for a new Fiverr.com account, then purchased a gig. Much faster than I expected. Thank you for the heads up!
How long after your purchase did you get a transaction alert email from TCB? It has been a couple of hours and I haven’t gotten an email yet.
NH, never mind. 14 minutes after I posted this I received the email. William, thanks for the tip as it was an easy $8.50.
Should I create a Fiverr account before or after clicking through the TCB link? Do I need to actually talk to the person that I’m buying the “Gig” from? Is there any you suggest buying just to get the $14?
I’d create one afterwards, not sure what best practice is. Most gigs require you to send some sort of information to be completed, but usually it’s pretty basic. Just have a look on the site and see if you find anything useful, if you don’t really care then pick the first thing you can find. Maybe if other DOC readers provide a gig, they could post here and people could use theirs?
Do you have any idea when the offer ends? I couldn’t find the info on the site.
