Our Verdict
To have some chance of being eligible for this offer, you’ll need to have an American Express charge card. Usually charge cards need to be paid in full every month, by enrolling in extended payment options, you’ll be given the chance to carry a balance. Much like you can with a credit card. You don’t have to use EXPO to qualify for the 5,000 bonus points and I’d never recommend carrying a balance on a credit card or charge card.
American Express regularly runs this promotion and sometimes offers up to 10,000 points. If anybody else knows of any other working links, please let me in the comments. If you were eligible for this offer, also list what cards you have with American Express.
