Our Verdict

We posted a similar deal not long ago as well. Oddly, this deal is just for today apparently, which isn’t typical by SVM’s standards (their deals usually are the steadiest, longest-lasting deals).

As we noted last time, this is a resale opportunity as well. You can resell the gift cards for around 90%. You’ll profit from the 2% eBay Bucks and 1.1% from the portal and 270 free credit card points.

If we’ll assume you get 2% back from the credit card:

• Pay $270 for 3 $100 gift cards
• Sell for $270
• $5.40 from credit card
• $3.24 from portal
• $5.40 eBay Bucks
• Total: $14.04

This deal is especially useful if you’re anyway buying the 76 gas gift cards and Cabela’s gift cards, which are also moneymakers (deals end soon), since you can then ship them all in at the same time hopefully.

Bear in mind that there is a chance of devaluations of the gift cards and you may not actually end up being able to sell what you see now. That said, it probably won’t devalue too much so you shouldn’t end up with a loss, in any case.

Or you can just use the gift cards if you have a BP station nearby. You can use these gift cards at Arco as well.
