Our Verdict
You really need to hit that 20 gallon limit to get any value out of this, you can try filling up two cars at once or using a gas container to hit that 20 gallon limit. It also depends on how competitive Shell is near you in terms of price. Make sure you put the existing amount payable onto a card that earns at a high rate on gas purchases.
