IMPORTANT: NOTICE OF MONTHLY FEE AND END TO SERVICES
We’re writing to inform you that Juno will no longer be able to continue offering its platform or any associated services. This decision has been made due to a range of external factors impacting our ability to operate. We understand this may be disappointing and want to thank you for being a part of the Juno platform.

Due to this platform closure, the crypto platform and all crypto specific services provided by and through Zero Hash will be retired on September 30, 2025. You will continue to have access to your Juno crypto account until September 30, 2025, to transfer the cryptocurrency held in your account to an external wallet of your choice. Please ensure that all transfers are completed before the deadline to retain access to your assets.

What do you need to do?

• Transfer your cryptocurrency holdings: You must transfer the cryptocurrency holdings in your Juno account before September 30, 2025. You may transfer your crypto to another wallet of your choice. Please ensure that all transfers are completed before the deadline to retain access to your assets.1,2

• If you take no action: Any cryptocurrency that is not transferred by September 30, 2025. The cryptocurrency will automatically be sold at then market prices.3,4 Fiat proceeds from the liquidation will be mailed to you by check at the mailing address on file.5

Monthly Fee: Beginning on September 1, 2025, a monthly account fee of five dollars ($5.00) will be applied to each crypto account. This fee will be drawn from the balance of the assets in your account.

Fuk me I’m so mad. 🤬

I submitted my claim on 11/4/24 and everyone from Juno had been receiving their funds but me so I finally called. Muthafukin “wire” (huh?) transfer had FAILED per phone customer support (877-873-0008).

I think it was because I used Discover SAVINGS rather than a checking account. *doh face palm throw myself off a cliff and kill myself*

They told me a check will be mailed and/or I could reach out to [email protected] for more help since phone support is only 1st level assistance with little access and information. They couldn’t even tell me when I would *possibly* receive a check.

Oh and what I found out further is that Evolve filed an APPEAL since their payment was higher than what Synapse showed. GET YO MONEY AND RUN DA FUQ AWAY! 🏃‍♂️💨💨

This month was supposed to be a glorious month. But no, I cashed out crypto too early and money is tied up all over the place. Poor forever, eating dog food not by choice anymore.

The below is what I see when I log in as they instructed in the email I received today. I guess they decided somehow they don’t have any of my money and Synapse has all of it. Very convenient for Evolve. Pretty sure I’ll never see that money. Feel bad for those missing out on multiple thousands.

Filed claim earlier today. Tried to log in again with the same credentials and now I get authentication failed. Hopefully that means everything was submitted properly since I didn’t even get an email confirmation after submitting the claim, only the last screen of the website after submitting claim has confirmation, which I took screenshots of as well. However that page doesn’t even show how much is owed, only your personal details and payout selected.

My access ID still works today… but my payment was only a few bucks. There was no claim process for those with puny account balances.

Wheeeeeeee I was able to file my claim today to receive my money back. Interestingly, I had around ~$1,050 locked up but I’m receiving ~$100 more for ~$1,150.

Now I still have ~ $65K crypto there I haven’t moved. 🤨

I probably could have worded that better… the difference in the two blocks shown on the notification website was a penny in earnings. But, when I log into Juno, the balance I left there was .02.

My “payment” was about 7% less than my “balance”, which was the same as what Juno showed, with no explanation, so I filed an appeal. There’s probably a < 1% chance that I’ll win. I’ll just be happy when most of my money is back in my possession. 😀

Update: P1 & P2 have the $4.51 & $9.05 in our PayPal accounts.

Email from PayPal today, Subj: “Your Funds From Evolve Bank & Trust Are Ready”

So, they still owe P1 a penny. LoL Maybe it will turn into $2.51 cents next year?

They deposited an extra 3 cents into P1’s Paypal (balance was $11.61, they made that deposit and then a second for $0.03). They show P2’s balance as $11.61 when Juno still says $10.10, but it has not been deposited into PayPal yet

Thank you. I did received an email on Oct 24th 2024 saying “On November 4, 2024, Rust will send an email to end users who have a balance at Evolve, directing you to reconciliationbyevolve.com.”

But as of today, Nov 4, 2024, I still have not received any email about the balance that I have at Evolve yet.

I did file an appeal but at this point I have very little hope. There are people that are out over 100K on Reddit. I don’t know how are there no charges being brought on these people yet. It complete fraud!

You should thank me that got that extra money. When I filed my CFPB complaint months ago, I requested that Evolve pay us interest for the period that Juno didn’t give us any interest. Of course, that didn’t work for me as Evolve shorted me instead.
