Signed up to MoneyGram via Mypoints last night doing a $10 debit to bank transfer which is still processing, nothing went pending after 9 hours so whatever the bug is hasn’t been fixed. I have had very few issues with other activites tracking so it’s definitely a tracking issue on their end.
Nothing showed up as pending so I cleared my browsers cache today, clicked the mypoints link to go to MoneyGram, logged in to my already made account from the 10th, sent another $10 transfer and 4250 points showed up as pending within 5 minutes.
I used the link to sign up n transferred money. They r refusing to credit the points. I will report them to CFPB.
11/5 Signed up with MoneyGram through SB. Sent $10 to my account at another bank. Money got there OK. Not tracked by SB.
11/16 After waiting the required 10+ days, opened a ticket with SB. Received email asking for details and screenshots. Sent requested info.
11/21 Got email from SB saying they’ve added the 3000 SBs to my account.
I sent a request also. They asked for the sign up email. But I have deleted the old email, and it was auto deleted in the trash folder by yahoo also.
11/12 – opened account and sent $5+
11/20 – the Swagbucks never went pending. So I sent in a request to have the SB credited. Within a couple hours I received a 3,000 SB “goodwill credit”

Did this several days ago. The transaction did not get tracked!
Everything went fine, entry in activity log shows the yellow pending circle (although the 3000sb don’t yet show up in the SB Pending Activity log)
It says it takes 7 days or longer. Now after 7 days still no pending. Wondering how much longer or never.
They will make some lame excuse n not credit. Like we couldnt track it. Well why couldn’t u when i did everything as u asked?
It says “It takes MoneyGram 7 days (and sometimes longer) to give us the information.” Now after 7 days I still do not see pending.
Waste of time: $10 transaction attempted.
At the end of entering all the payment info: “After careful review, your profile is closed and transaction declined”
