Amazon launched today 12 Days of Deals whereby each day from December 2nd through December 13th there are deals released in a different category.

Not sure how good the deals are or will be, but it’s useful to have a category headsup so that if you have certain items you’re looking for, you can check for deals in that category on the designated day.
One deal from today which people are finding interesting is the August Smart Lock Pro + Connect, 3rd gen technology (Silver, works with Alexa) for $164. It’s usually $250-$280.
Best Buy is running a similar 20 days of deals. I feel like they did a better job at making the deals feel more real than Amazon did.
