How do these video ring bell work? peel and stick? or have to drill a hole? I have a door bell but not the video.

I guess you can drill if you want them up but I just set my camera flat on the stand facing out the front window. 1 time found my neighbors friend stole my wife’s package.
Perfect timing! Been wanting to switch from Wyze Cam to Ring. Not sure if there is a limit but I was just able to order 2 at discount.
